MLC Rest Hours Validator
Enter rest periods for seven days. The validator checks rolling windows and identifies the exact MLC 2006 Standard A2.3 rule that fails.
Rules checked
At least 10 hours of rest in any 24-hour period and 77 hours in any seven-day period; no more than two rest periods in 24 hours, with one lasting at least six hours; and no more than 14 hours between consecutive rest periods.
Seven-day rest schedule
Enter when each rest period starts and ends. If the same pattern repeats daily, set Monday once and copy it to the week.
For continuous boundary checks, the entered Sunday pattern is repeated before Monday and the Monday pattern after Sunday.
