Send your maintenance lists, certificate lists and crew documents as Excel, PDF, photos or WhatsApp exports.

Within 48 hours of receiving your files, we enter up to approximately 200 records into your vessel's HelmOps account.

Review and approve
Check your records and approve the setup when you're satisfied. Monthly billing begins only then.

- Why are you offering this price?
- We're working directly with the first 10 vessels willing to run HelmOps with their real records. In return, we offer a lower monthly price, hands-on setup and direct access to both founders.
- What happens after 24 months?
- The €59 monthly price is fixed for your first 24 months. After that, normal pricing applies. You'll see the price in the app before the 24 months end, and you're free to cancel.
- What's included in the free setup?
- We load your existing maintenance lists, certificate lists and crew documents from Excel, PDF, photos or WhatsApp exports. Setup covers approximately 200 records per vessel within 48 hours of receiving your files. If you have more, we'll agree the additional work with you before starting.
- Can I leave before 24 months?
- Yes. The 24 months is a price guarantee, not a contract commitment. Billing is monthly, you can cancel any time, and you can export all your data.
